GREEK CHICKEN BOWL π✨
Greek salad: In a bowl, mix 1 cup chopped cherry tomatoes, 1 cucumber chopped, ½ red onion chopped + 1 can drained chickpeas, 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, freshly squeezed lemon + Greek dressing, salt and pepper. Optional: add feta & kalamata olives.
Plate it up in a bowl filled with chopped romaine tossed in Greek dressing. grilled organic chicken breast seasoned with super gyro seasoning, herb infused olive oil, garlic and lemon. Grill until fully cooked. Pile on cauliflower rice seasoned with Za’tar seasoning. Enjoy ❤️
